Yes! We will provide you with host’s telephone number should any issues arise during your stay.

The full booking fee is due within seven (7) days upon approval of your reservation request. 

The Rental Amount includes:

• Reservation fee
• 6% PA Occupancy Tax
• Processing Fee
• Security Deposit (see details below)

• There is a $450 security deposit for overnight stays and wedding weekend rentals. 
• There is a $250 security deposit for partial and full-day rentals.
• After your checkout, the landlord will inspect the property for any damages.
• You’ll receive notice within a week if we deem any of the house rules had been violated (e.g. doors left unlocked after checkout) and/or there have been any serious damage (e.g. broken windows, serious damage to furniture, missing appliances, etc.).
• We will refund you the security deposit within fourteen (14) days of the end of your rental period.

• Bookings canceled at or prior to 30 days before the start of the rental period will receive a full refund.
• Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
• We shall have the right to retain the initial rental fee for bookings cancelled less than 14 days before the rental period.

• We no longer host weddings.
